Did my first haircut on my father-in-law this morning. He looks fabulous of course! I got to use my new toy, my iPad, to run the transaction. I got an app called square. They send you out a reader for your iPad, iPod, ect....that you plug right into your earphone jack. You swipe the card, they sign with their finger right on the iPad itself and then you send them their receipt to either their cell phone or email. Pretty incredible what we can do with technology!
Currently I am getting my inventory finalized so that I can get the last few things I need before next Tuesday, my official start day at Mezzanine Salon! I feel good and prepared. Although people that know me well know that I am a planner by nature and nothing is done half way! Really excited for Tuesday :)
